Heinz ROEHR [later: Sir Henry Peter ROWE], born on August 18th, 1916 in Bad Ischl/Upper Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria), son of lawyer Dr. Richard Roehr (1878-1943) and Olga Roehr, née Schnabl (1888-1968), lived in Vienna's 6th district, Koenigseggasse 11, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies. In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
