Heinz ROEHR [later: Sir Henry Peter ROWE], born on August 18
th, 1916 in Bad Ischl/Upper Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna, Citizenship: Austria), son of lawyer Dr. Richard Roehr (1878-1943) and Olga Roehr, née Schnabl (1888-1968), lived in Vienna's 6
th district, Koenigseggasse 11, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3
rd year of his studies.
In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna.
