Norbert REINSTEIN, born on March 3rd, 1914 in Vienna/Austria (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Mortko Reinstein (blue-collar worker), lived in Wien 14 [Wien 15], Stiegergasse 3/5, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Medical School in the 4th year of his studies (Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on July 18th, 1938, fall term 1937/38 was validated on February 5th, 1938). His younger brother
Ernst Reinstein, who studied at the Medical School, too, was also expelled from the University of Vienna.
He was deported to Dachau/Germany and emigrated to Great Britain in 1939 and to the USA. He succeeded in finishing his studies and graduate and became a Health Planning Director.
