Dr. rer.pol. Josua BIERER, born on July 1st, 1901 in Radautz/Bukowina [Radauti/Romania] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Palestine [Israel], Citizenship: Palestine [Israel]), son of Josef Bierer (physician), lived in Wien 9, Wasagasse 4, was enrolled finally in the fall term 1937/38 at the Philosophical School in the 2nd year of his studies and took courses in Psychology and Geography. He  wasn't enrolled any more in 1938, but was preparing for the final exams ('Rigorosen') at the Medical School. He could finally finish his medical studies and graduated on July 21st, 1938, but only with the discriminating ceremony of a 'Nichtarierpromotion', which included at the same time that he was banned from his profession.
