Martin RAPP, born on January 31st, 1912 in Lemberg/Poland [Lwiw/Ukraine] (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Vienna/Austria, Citizenship: Austria), son of Isaias Rapp, lived in Wien 6, Capistrangasse 8, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Law School in the 3rd year of his studies (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
