Rudolf Karl Adolf POLLAK (born on June 9th, 1864 in Vienna, died on February 27th, 1939 in Vienna) was Pd. (o. Prof.) for Österreichisches Zivilprozeßrecht at the Law School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 8th, 1938.
