Mejer POMERANC, born on July 6^th, 1919 in Rówuc/Poland (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Kastapol/Poland [Kostopil/Ukraine], Citizenship: Poland), son of Ela Pomeranc (pharmacist), lived in Vienna's 9^th district, Muellnergasse 6, was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Medical School in the 1^st year of his studies.

In 1938, after the takeover of power of National-Socialism he was forced to quit his studies for racist reason and to leave the University of Vienna(Leaving Certificate ('Abgangszeugnis') was issued on July 15^th, 1938).
