Peter PANETH, born on December 13th, 1918 in Berlin/Germany (entitled residency ('heimatberechtigt') for Berlin/Germany, Citizenship: Germany), son of Dr. Ludwig Paneth (physician), lived in Wien 4, Mayerhofgasse 3, 'Rudolfinus', was enrolled finally in the spring term 1938 at the Philosophical School in the 1st year of his studies and took courses in Mathematics (in the spring term 1938 he requested to continue his studies in the context of the Numerus clausus of Jewish Students, but was rejected).
