Julius HASS (born on March 21st, 1883 in Vienna, died on August 19th, 1959) was lecturer ('Dozent') for Orthopädische Chirurgie at the Medical School of the University of Vienna.
He was persecuted in times of Nazism as a Jew lost his position and was thrown out of the university on April 22nd, 1938. He was able to emigrate to London/Great Britain, India and then to New York/USA.
